All content on this website—including the Reaching Sky Foundation logo, Health Volunteers mark, Volunteer for Actions (V4A) branding, text, photographs, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Reaching Sky Foundation unless otherwise attributed. 4. Charitable Donations & Receipts

Donations made to Reaching Sky Foundation are voluntary, non-refundable contributions dedicated to our charitable objectives. Tax receipts eligible under Section 80G are issued upon verification of donor identification (PAN) and transaction clearance.

5. Volunteer & Intern Code of Conduct

Volunteers and interns participating in RSF campaigns must uphold respectful, non-discriminatory, and child-safe behavior. Any behavior that compromises the safety or dignity of community members or fellow volunteers will result in immediate termination of association.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reaching Sky Foundation provides website content in good faith for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, RSF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
